2. Standard Room Reservations

2.1 Cancellation Timeframes

For standard room reservations at our casino hotel:

  • 48+ Hours Prior to Arrival: Full refund of deposit, no cancellation fee
  • 24-48 Hours Prior to Arrival: 50% refund of the first night's stay
  • Less than 24 Hours Prior to Arrival: No refund, full cancellation fee of first night's stay

2.2 No-Shows

If you fail to arrive on your scheduled check-in date without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a "no-show." For no-shows at our casino hotel:

  • The first night's stay will be charged in full
  • The remainder of the reservation will be canceled
  • No refund will be issued

3. Special Packages and Offers

Special packages at our casino hotel, including Weekend Getaway, Casino Royale, Spa Retreat, and Honeymoon Suite packages, may have different cancellation terms:

3.1 Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional rates or special offers at our casino hotel are marked as "non-refundable." These reservations:

  • Cannot be canceled without forfeiting the full payment
  • Cannot be changed or modified
  • Require full payment at the time of booking

3.2 Package-Specific Policies

Specific casino hotel packages have the following cancellation policies:

  • Weekend Getaway Package: Cancellable up to 72 hours prior to arrival for full refund
  • Casino Royale Package: Cancellable up to 7 days prior to arrival for full refund, 50% refund if canceled 3-7 days prior
  • Spa Retreat Package: Cancellable up to 48 hours prior to arrival for full refund
  • Honeymoon Suite Package: Cancellable up to 14 days prior to arrival for full refund, 50% refund if canceled 7-14 days prior

4. Group Bookings

Group bookings at our casino hotel (5 or more rooms) are subject to specific cancellation policies outlined in the group contract. Typically:

  • 30+ Days Prior to Arrival: Full refund of deposit
  • 15-29 Days Prior to Arrival: 50% refund of total booking value
  • 7-14 Days Prior to Arrival: 25% refund of total booking value
  • Less than 7 Days Prior to Arrival: No refund

5. Modifications to Reservations

Modifications to existing reservations at our casino hotel are subject to availability and the following conditions:

  • Date changes requested more than 48 hours prior to arrival may be accommodated without penalty, subject to rate differences
  • Shortening stays within the cancellation period will incur charges as per the cancellation policy
  • Extending stays is subject to availability and may be at a different rate than the original booking
  • Room type changes are subject to availability and may incur rate adjustments

6. Early Departure

If you choose to depart earlier than your scheduled checkout date at our casino hotel:

  • Notice must be given to the front desk at least 24 hours prior to new departure date
  • An early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay may apply
  • The remaining reservation may be subject to the cancellation policy

7. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control that prevent you from arriving or us from providing accommodations, our casino hotel may offer:

  • Full refund of the deposit regardless of cancellation timeframe
  • Option to reschedule without penalty, subject to availability
  • Credit toward a future stay at our casino hotel

Such circumstances may include natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, or other extraordinary events.

8. Refund Processing

When refunds are approved at our casino hotel:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment
  • Credit card refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • Bank transfers may take 7-14 business days to process
